​Tunnel Pilates Online is designed to bring our multidimensional Pilates inspired method to anyone at anytime. With talented fitness professionals harnessing a deep knowledge of the body, we offer workouts on a reformer, mat with minimal equipment, and mat with zero equipment. Classes range from 10 to 60 min and are programmed for all levels.

Our method is curated to build long lean muscle mass throughout the whole body to deliver tangible results while simultaneously improving a mind-body connection. We will motivate and push you with our low impact sculpting routines to reflect an experience as if you are in your own private session.

mat pilates

Enjoy our modern rendition of mat pilates. We mesh elements of traditional mat pilates with strength training to deliver tangible results. Mat classes are built to the beat of music, paced to get your heart rate up, and programmed to keep you mentally engaged. These workouts can be done anywhere at anytime for all levels. We offer no equipment and minimal equipment classes.

reformer pilates

Master our contemporary reformer style. We move to the beat of the music while shredding every inch of your body with progressive overload techniques. Reformer classes are curated to be transferable to multiple reformers and megaformers. Our online reformer library includes our signature in-studio classes as well as body part specific workouts. We provide intricate form instructions to ensure you can properly escape into your body and reach a flow state.

Springs - We color code our springs for resistance levels.

White - lightest spring
Blue - medium spring
Red - heaviest spring

Straps - We use a set of straps only at the front of the machine.

Platform - Tunnel uses both a front and back platform. We understand some machines come with both platforms, some come with a removable platform, and some come with one platform attached to one secure spot. If you do not have a moving platform, we recommend purchasing one or you can easily adjust to doing the workout keeping the platform in a fixed position.

Equipment

Classes for both reformer and mat can include ankle weights, resistance glute bands, hand weights, or a pilates ball. Any class can be modified without the equipment if needed.
